Barbara Castanie

Associate and Coordinator of the Law Firm

Barbara obtained her Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat (Professional Lawyer’s Certification) in Paris in 1997, before joining the bank Caisse d’Epargne as a legal expert. She then practised law at the Bar of Nice for several years.

She joined the MARQUET team in October 2015.

With a strong background in litigation, Barbara has developed excellent expertise in legal procedure. She represents clients in court and meticulously supervises litigation cases before the courts of Monaco (referral of proceedings, hearing dates, trial preparations).

She is fluent in English and Italian, having spent a year in Rome during her university studies as part of the ERASMUS programme.
